These Terms govern your use of the Impossible AI app and website provided by Humanova Minds. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
You sign in with a one time passcode sent to your email. Each account is linked to one device for security. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep access to your email secure.
The Service provides general fitness and nutrition information and AI generated suggestions. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or qualified trainer. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme, and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report users or content from within the app or by contacting support.
You own the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it in order to operate the Service. You can delete your content at any time.
Rewards, tokens, and points have no cash value unless explicitly stated in the app, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and may be adjusted or revoked if earned through fraud or error. Reward programmes may change or end with notice.
The Service is currently free to use. We may add, change, or remove features, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. If paid features are introduced, pricing will be shown clearly before purchase.
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise or dietary choices made using the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
